Footscray-Yarraville City Band

Bring along a picnic, your family and friends, to celebrate the 26th Yarraville Carols in the beautiful Yarraville Gardens.

A family favourite on the Festival City Calendar, the Footscray-Yarraville City Band is excited to welcome back the fabulous Chelsea Plumley for another year as MC at this free event that will showcase performances by several special guest artists including internationally acclaimed soprano Margaret Haggart, multi-award winning vocalist Nina Ferro, performer and musician Andrew Broadbent, as well as a whole host of local talented performers.

Come and sing along to your favourite carols; joining a massed choir comprised of members from the Footscray Community Choir, Western Health Singers, and various other community choirs as well as a massed band with the Footscray-Yarraville City Band joining forces with Western Brass and the Hyde Street Youth Band.

The evening will conclude with a spectacular fireworks display commencing at approximately 10pm.
