The VBL, in conjunction with the Royal South Street Society, is pleased to announce that the 2018 State Band Championships shall be held in Ballarat on the weekend of the 18th and 19th of August. Founders Theatre Founders Theatre will play host to the 2018 State Band Championships. The 1870 Founders Theatre, opened in 1981, was built from funds raised through public appeal from the Ballarat Community and other interested organisations and companies. The well-appointed and comfortable Auditorium has fixed seating for 670 persons.…
